Just found out we are fully cast for Everyone Quite Likes Justin – woo hoo! Chuffed to bits, they’re all brilliant and I can’t wait to get recording next week. Once contracts are signed I’ll post the details.
We’ve sent the latest draft of Episode 1 and both Jim and I are really happy with it. If you remember the note we had about “the malapropism of inseminate” – well we got round that. We just cut it. My favourite line in the first episode is :-

I’m matey with one of the chefs – he invited me. Gianluca. Big Italian lad. He’s in the steam restoration club I’m in. He’s like a young, Italian Fred Dibnah.
It makes no sense reading it in isolation, to be honest it makes no more sense in context, but it makes us laugh.
