Blake’s. Wonders. Dwarves. Samurai. Oceans. Brides for Brothers. Seas of Rhyes…
Justin Moorhouse returns to the Edinburgh Festival for the third consecutive year with his new show ‘Justin Moorhouse – Seven’, performing in the Pleasance Ten Dome. Based on the idea that there are only seven basic stories in the world – comedy, tragedy, rags to riches, the quest, journey and return, overcoming the monster and rebirth, this stand-up journey will be a romp through all things seven. Seven different stories, with seven minutes on each, Justin sets out to uncover the power of this interesting and wonderful number. He is fresh from playing one of the lead characters ‘Spleen’ in the Palme d’Or nominated Ken Loach film ‘Looking For Eric’ (alongside Eric Cantona – (who played in the number 7 shirt!), John Henshaw and Lucy Jo Hudson), which is released on 12th June. He also plays Elvis in another film showing at Cannes – Charlie Noades RIP (alongside John Thomson).
